Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth further to Parliamentary Question No. 1049 of 9 April 2024, to clarify when he will publish the material referred to; if it will be before the Dáil summer recess; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraIn March 2023, an Interdepartmental Group (IDG) was established to support the development of referendum proposals on family and care.
The group comprised representatives from every Government Department, as well as the Office of the Attorney General. It met 16 times over the course of its work in a period spanning March to November 2023.
My Department published the redacted minutes of all meetings of the IDG on the 16th April.
