Joint Committee on International Surrogacy chaired by Deputy Jennifer Whitmore to meet to discuss surrogacy regulations in other jurisdictions.

The meeting will focus on a Comparative Examination of Surrogacy Regulations in Other Jurisdictions and will hear submissions from Dr Kirsty Horsey, London Women’s Clinic and Ms Natalie Gamble, NGA Law.
