Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications the engagement that he has had with all of the stakeholders regarding the concerns raised by an organisation (details supplied) concerning the post office commercial service contract July 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Operational matters relating to  the Post Office Network, including staffing issues and the contracting of postmasters, are a matter for the Board and management of An Post and not one in which I, as Minister, have a role.
