523 Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for Health the reason medical card and general practitioner cards are being withdrawn from applicants who have been deemed by the medical card office to not have proof of income while awaiting the outcome of social welfare claims; and to comment on the case of a person (details supplied) whose income is currently zero.
